1. About Wekini
Wekini is a platform that connects hosts, creators and professionals with travellers, companies and brands. Wekini facilitates introductions and structured requests; it does not itself provide travel services, act as a travel agent, or guarantee the outcome of any request.
2. Requests are not bookings
Submitting a journey request does not create a binding commitment. A host must review and accept a request before any arrangement is agreed. Wekini does not currently process payments or hold funds in escrow.
3. Host approval
All host profiles are reviewed by the Wekini team before publication. Approval does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or verification of identity, qualifications or claims made in a host's profile.
4. User responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, to communicate respectfully, and to comply with applicable laws when using the platform.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wekini is not liable for outcomes, disputes or damages arising from journeys, agreements or interactions facilitated through the platform. This section will be finalised with counsel prior to launch.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The final, legally reviewed version will be published before Wekini is generally available.
